This is our most complete head spa experience, thoughtfully designed to deliver full-spectrum scalp care, deep detoxification, and total relaxation. This extended treatment combines advanced scalp cleansing and therapy with an indulgent head and shoulder massage, complemented by a complimentary Mini Facial and Hair Repair treatment. Ideal for guests seeking both visible results and deep restoration. Each session is customized based on scalp and skin condition for optimal results.

STEPS & DETAILS

1. Scalp Analysis - A professional assessment evaluates oil levels, dryness, sensitivity, and buildup to customize the treatment to your scalp’s needs.

2. Deep Scalp Cleanse - A thorough scalp cleanse removes excess oil, product residue, and impurities that can clog follicles.

3. Exfoliation & Detox - Light exfoliation lifts dead skin cells and buildup, helping reduce flakes and restore scalp clarity without irritation.

4. Head & Shoulder Massage - A head + shoulder massage stimulates circulation, relieves tension, and promotes deep relaxation while supporting scalp health.

5. Hair Treatment - Applied nourishing conditioner and a steam hair cap to deeply hydrate, soften hair, and improve manageability.

6. Scalp Hydration - Targeted scalp hydration restores moisture balance, calms the scalp, and leaves hair soft and healthy.

PRE-TREATMENT

1. No need to wash your hair or prepare in advance. For the best result, we recommend skipping your wash for 1–2 days if you typically wash every two days.

2. Our treatments are suitable for colored or permed hair. If you have had a color or perm service within the last week, please inform our technicians for adjustments.

3. Please disclose any scalp / skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent reactions.

4. We recommend avoiding tight ponytails, braids, or heavy styling on the day of your appointment to prevent scalp tension or sensitivity during treatment.

POST-TREATMENT

1. We recommend avoiding strong exfoliating, medicated, or highly stimulating scalp products for at least 24 hours after your session.

2. Expect scalp rebalancing, not instant perfection.　Concerns like dandruff or scalp sensitivity improve as the scalp’s balance is restored.

3. For best results, treatments are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Noticeable improvements, especially in hair growth and scalp condition, are generally achieved through consistent, ongoing care.

4. Your therapist may recommend specific at-home products or a treatment schedule based on your scalp condition. Following these recommendations helps extend and enhance your results.
